How this is worked out
HDB: every resale since 2015 (data.gov.sg), each block placed with OneMap. Private: resales and sub-sales from URA's caveats for the last five years; new launches are left out because their caveats lag. Each year shows the median price per m² where an area has at least 10 sales. Ground height is from DeltaDTM, the same height map the rest of the site uses. Low and higher ground differ in many ways (sea views, age, distance to the city), so the climate split shows a pattern, not a cause. Our before/after test of the 2019 sea-level map, which compares each block with itself, is in the method on the home page. Refreshed weekly; this year is the year to date.
